Terms and Conditions / Audience

Entry Policy:

  • Registration, purchase of ticket or possession of pass is required for all attendees to enter the programme.

  • Each registration/ticket/pass is valid for one person only and is non-transferable, unless specified otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to prohibit entry of any person to an event/the venue, or require any person to leave an event/the venue based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by the staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

  • No person shall have unrestricted access to all areas of the programme/event venue.

  • Depending on the number of people at the venue and its capacity, the programme/event will at its discretion without necessary prior intimation open or close all registrations for on the spot registrants.

Documents Required:

  • Please carry a valid photo identification of yourself (photocopies will be accepted), along with the ticket / pass / digital copy of your booking confirmation

  • Absence of any required documents may result in entry being refused.

  • If you register online, you will receive an email. To be allowed entry, you must show your confirmation mail along with a valid photo ID card at the registration desk.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Tickets once sold will not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded

  • Paid registrations are non refundable and non transferable.

  • Should an event be cancelled by the organisers, the money will be refunded in 10 working days.

Programme:

  • Please check programme information for any trigger warnings on content. We will strive to provide as much information as possible without compromising the performance.

  • Pickle Factory Dance Foundation reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.

Audience Etiquette:

  • Guests are expected to arrive well in time for any programme, and follow guidelines from venue managers on audience entry protocol for the performance. Organisers reserve the right to deny or restrict late entry. 

  • No photography, videography, audio recording or documentation of any sort is permitted without prior permission from the organisers. 

  • Phones and other devices should be silent and put away for the duration of the event. 

  • Everyone is expected to behave in a dignified and orderly fashion at the venue / programme, and be respectful of the artists, guests, organisers, staff, and fellow audience members. Any abusive, violent or threatening behaviour before, during or after the event either in person or online will not be tolerated. 

  • No one is allowed to violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others in any fashion.

  • Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event unless previously approved by the organisers. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave the event.

  • You shall be liable for payment of damages caused by you to the programme venue.

  • You shall be responsible for your belongings.

  • You are not allowed to use, consume alcohol, tobacco products, narcotic substances on the programme/event premises.

  • You are not allowed to carry weapons, arms, hazardous substances on the programme/event premises.

Privacy Policy:

  • We are concerned with the protection of your privacy. We collect and store your personal information for security reasons. These will not be shared with any third party without your express permission.

These Terms and Conditions are liable to be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the organisers.
